Every site that I’m using your plugin on has started giving me the following error message when I hit SEND on the Contact Form 7 form: “Cannot contact reCaptcha. Check your connection and try again.”
An example website is: https://getnoticedlocally.co.uk/ If you scroll to the very bottom of the page and click the SEND button on the contact form (no need to enter any information) you should get the error.
SAME! We’ve heard from customers getting confused, and when we tested we got the same browser alert even though the messages go through and the customer eventually gets to the confirmation page & confirmation email.
I still get the same error, but it seems browser related. I’m seeing a sh*tload of these warnings in Firefox’s console: “ReferenceError: deprecated caller usage” on some JS function from Google. There’s some many warnings the browser even freezes for a few seconds.
On Chrome it seems to work fine though. Could it be some incompatibility between the reCAPTCHA code and Firefox’s JS implementation?
